WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS IF WE ARE IN A NATIONAL LOCKDOWN?
If we are in a national lockdown at the time of your arrival, we will automatically post any payment made on your account so, once restrictions are relaxed we can welcome you again. We ask you avoid calling us in lockdown as we are a small business and all staff are furloughed. Rest assured we will be in contact with you soon as we are open.
WHAT IF I'M IN A TIER THAT RESTRICTS ME FROM TRAVEL?
If you are in a tier and law states your are not allowed to travel, please contact the hotel in writing no later than 48 hours prior to your arrival date and we will contact you to discuss your options.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IM TOLD I NEED TO SELF ISOLATE?

WE ARE ATTENDING A WEDDING NEXT DOOR THAT HAS BEEN POSTPONED, ARE WE ABLE TO TRANSFER OUR BOOKING TO NEXT YEAR?
